News. I was actually level with the crane. And i kept hoping it would not come in my room. A fire broke out early yesterday morning at a complex under construction at 23rd and walnut streets. We show you tonight many of the evacuees are back home after that crane finally came down. It took less than 30 seconds to bring down the towering crane. Reporter my apartment is actually level with the crane. He was one of hundreds of residents that lives in the building. It had been evacuated because it was in a collapsed zone.
