we ve seen it in other state facilities as well. i believe it was late last year when we saw an escape of a high security inmate in france that was effective by a helicopter. it is not outside the realm of possibilities. help us understand how one could pull off when you re in the mcc and you re this inmate and you re barely seeing the light of day and you would be given maybe a little bit of outside time which would allow you to interact with other people and you have a lot of money back in the ether, how would you facilitate a helicopter to the facility? well, if i could spend two hours on the roof, that would be a good start. i mean, really, it is. and from my per spect i have, it s the worst place for him. especially two hours. yeah, inmates in lockdown status such as guzman are locked down 24 hours a day. they have one hour of recreation time. if i were the warden of that facility, i certainly would not put this type of individual on the roof. you just cannot take any chances
it s another legal problem for the president. and it s a fairly big one. from my per spect i have it s a good week in ethics in goth government. we haven t had a lot of those lately in government. in one of the three cases this is involving the state of maryland and the district of columbia. with help from a citizens for responsibility and ethics in washington. defended against a motion from the government to dismiss the case. they initially survived one when the government claimed they lack standing. here the government was saying they the definition of incredibly narrow. the government had a bizarre read on it. they said it only prohibits you from receiving outside gifts or payments from a foreign government that are specifically for your government services. so if the president wanted to take an outside job as a
personal lawyer and the payments from a u.s. company linked to a russian oligarch or russian billionaire. what are the areas from your per spect perspective of potential illegality. the areas are possibly bank fraud in false statements that michael cohen made to the banks that were dealing with him and second violations of the foreign lobbying act and registration requirements which may not appear huge in themselves but in combination with other possible violations like money laundering could make him much more vulnerable. all of these payments are deep serious trouble for michael cohen and that is deep trouble for donald trump. because he has the keys to the kingdom in terms of information about donald trump. he s the president s lawyer, really the president s fixer and these payments by at&t and
