A charitable event and the first of its kind to be held at Beaver Stadium will allow participants to rappel 110 feet from the west side of the country’s second-largest stadium to benefit the Centre County United Way in mid-May.
The Child Development and Family Council of Centre County (CDFC) safety net program exists to provide families facing financial hardship with access to quality childcare and prekindergarten programs. Supported by the Centre County United Way, CDFC's safety net program has benefited more than 400 families in the Centre Region since 2000.
