The latest on the breaking news, Police Responded to a car explosion at roberts avenue in the pelham bay section. They say to devices, one with a detonator, were found under the wheel well of a car. One of those devices went off deploying the cars airbag and then blowing out the back tires. The time but no one was hurt.
