Its important to note that this policy change does have a religious exemption and one advocate told me tonight, this is a monumental decision. The boy scouts lifting the ban on openly gay and dults. The National President , former secretary of defense, bob gates, continuing to fight legal challenges to the policy would result in staggering cost.
