Safe. Reporter this shooting follows two fatal officer involved shootings earlier this week. On tuesday officers shot and killed a man who they say charged at them with a pair of knives. On wednesday, officers fatally shot a man suspected of a double homicide. They say he also threatened officers. San jose police say someone called to report a man with a gun near the big 5 store on tully road. Around 8 00 in the morning officers responded.
