Tim piazza fell several times that ended his life at the Beta Theta Pi house the fbi recovered additional video from that led to these new charge. Fox 29s jeff cole has more from state college. Reporter Court Documents newly filed in the case seemed to show one student urging another to erase the video rolling on the camera in the basement of the frat house. The Center County da says the student actually did that tonight hes charged along with others. It was video cameras rolling in the basement of the Beta Theta Pi frat house that end snared the new defendants. Monday she announce charges for a new group of frat brothers and recharged others all linked to tim piazzas death. Were making Holiday Plans without our son tim because of your actions.
