Ludhiana: In an incident of road rage, a group of people assaulted a head constable and his wife in Tibba when the cop asked a driver to park his bus .
As per ToI report, the incident occurred when Dr. Jitendra Singh, an orthopedic surgeon at Sanar International Hospital on Golf Course Road, and his wife, Dr. Mansi, encountered a car breakdown near Orchid Island around 9.30 pm on Monday. Dr. Singh managed to park the car on the service road after unsuccessful attempts to start it.
