Residents on East Road in Tylorstown, Rhondda, say they have been complaining about the issue for years and fear it will take someone being seriously injured or killed before action is taken
The incident took place in Tetaria Mod, which falls under the Nabinagar police station, when Palamu residents Mujahid Raain, Arman Ansari, Chaman Mansoori, Wakil Ansari and Ajit Sharma were heading towards Sasaram in a car.
