Arepitas Bar Time Out Market 1601 Drexel Ave., Miami Beach Time Out Market recently welcomed its newest vendor, Arepitas Bar, brought to us by the team behind Phuc Yea and Pho Mo. Here, chefs Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata highlight Zapata s Colombian roots with a Miami-style twist. In other words, these are arepas like you ve never seen before options like the Buffalo, with buttermilk-marinated fried chicken, slaw, buffalo sauce, dill pickles, and blue cheese crumbles atop a thick, doughy arepa. Prices range from $7 to $12.

The Chocolate Chip Bakery 166 NE 29th St., Miami The husband-and-wife team behind the Chocolate Chip Bakery believes everyone should be able to enjoy baked goods regardless of their dietary restrictions. That s the driving force behind their 100 percent soy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, organic, vegan menu. Chocolate Chip offers breads, cookies, sandwiches, and toasts, with prices ranging from $3.50 (sweet-potato buns) to $8.95 (avocado toast).
