(The Center Square) – The Michigan Supreme Court on Wednesday granted a leave to appeal on the state’s Improved Workforce Opportunity Wage Act and Paid Medical Leave acts.
Eligible Minnesota employees will be entitled to up to 48 hours of paid sick and safe leave and 20 weeks of family leave benefits. Law applies to all private businesses, as well as state or local government sector employers and charter schools. Overview of Types of Leave
