Immunity from criminal investigation and both cases back to lower courts. We have team fox coverage with chief Legal Correspondent and fox news host, excuse me fox news shannon bream. Also then iced us to host, shannon. Thank you very much. Two big cases today but lets start with the ones with three House Committees. In the 72 decision, yes congress can have the power to subpoena what the president , but you have special consideration. Essentially laid out four tests but there can be additional things like is it narrowly tailored or coming up with legislative general in nature with a fishing expedition but you have to say the president of the United States for a legitimate purpose. The chief justice riding the opinions today but the house says congressional subpoenas information from the president implicates special concern with regarding the separation of powers. The courts below did not take adequate account of concern so they send it back to lower courts thing we have given you crit
Thank sarah short and also gail gilman from Community Housing partnership who wasnt here today who were very, very deeply involved in the negotiations and were really good negotiating partners in trying to work out this compromise. I also want to again thank president chiu who was also very supportive and helpful in helping all of us move to this process. I just had a couple final points. First of all, you know, i think we all a lot of people have it in our heads we would love for everyone to live in a singlefamily home or some really big spacious flat. And unfortunately thats not the reality of 2012 San Francisco. Very few people who are not fortunate enough to have bought or rented a large place a long time ago can afford to do that. Its just not an economic reality in San Francisco and we need to be housing everyone, not just the people who are lucky enough to be able to afford or to have spent a long time living in a reasonably priced large unit. We also, as much as we all support
Can see the water marked tower on sea wall lot 330 in blue and the blue color encompassing here and the piers 3032 and indicating from the beginning we looked at this in a holistic way. This indicates the typical relationship you have along the waterfront when you look down a pier. You typically take the long view down to the water and this is something that occurs here, but there is something that occurs on 3032 which is unlike any other pier and thats this very spectacular north south access that you view access that you experience as you walk onto the pier and spectacular view north up to the bay bridge so this shapes the way we approach the Site Planning for the development. This is an early diagram that appeared in the press in the spring of this year. It was before we started design for the project but it actually illustrated how a Typical Development on a pier might occur and you can see in blue the indication of the event arena and the orange for the mix use and Retail Developm

He sends his apologies and isnt climbing this week and couldnt make this presentation but will be here in the future and they do really beautiful and highly regarded cultural and arts performing venues amongst other types of buildi
Its south of market, im throwing the idea out there. I know you may think its kind of silly for me to say this. But since its going to be south of market, why dont you utilize that building on the corner of sixth and howard with all those Little Things on that side . You know, especially since this is going to be experimental, right . So, you know, you have a lot of Old Buildings anyway. Just renovate that since they say its going to cost a lot of money to do anything with that building anyway. So, sixth and howard that is an up and coming area because theyre putting a police station. They have a subway. Its close to end up. Its close to what is that Grocery Store down there, whole foods or whatever it is. So, its a very up and coming area. So, that money could be spent since its experimental units, and the sros, i dont see a difference in sro and that except you have to have an id to go in an sro. Its no different than an sro and what youre talking b. So, its just an idea im throwing
