Feel like its getting worse. Were standing outside of foothills regional park, the area where the kincaid fire burned very close to homes. The park only partially reopened and then was closed due to storms. Yeah, the stress has been tremendous. Reporter mick lives in windsor, where firefighters managed to save homes from flames. But now they face a new threat from wind and rain. I thought it scratched the car, and no damage, but it was like this. You know . So the wind is more concerning. Reporter behind the homes, there is burned areas in foothills regional park. With little vegetation, concern the rain would trigger erosion, but repair work is under way. In nearby santa rosa, crews are clearing culverts to divert the rain. We have to protect it. Reporter shari is rebuilding her home that burned in the tubbs fire. That includes protecting it with more straw and tarps. The challenges havent let up. I have evacuated twice. Once for the tubbs fire and the second time for the kincaid fire
