Final decision on irish border arrangements after brexit until the uk and the eu have reached an agreement on future trade. The comments come as the eu demands enough progress on issues including the border within the next few weeks, in orderfor talks to move on to the next phase. Irish officials have suggested that they might veto that unless they have guarantees on how the border will work in future. Our Political Correspondent chris mason reports.
