It was, officers say, a stolen renault clio that crashed into a tree, leaving five people dead. The International Trade secretary, liam fox, has said there can be no final decisions on the future of the irish border until britain and the European Union have reached a trade agreement. Brussels has given the uk until the 11th december to come up with proposals on the border and other key issues to allow brexit talks to progress to their next phase.
