Last week the Ottawa County Task Force on Aging honored Ottawa County Juvenile/Probate Judge Kathleen Giesler for her leadership in the development of the Task Force with a presentation of an engraved brick paver that will be placed at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds. Judge Giesler, who has given 28 years of faithful service to Ottawa County, was instrumental in guiding Ottawa County to better serve the needs of seniors who have been abused, neglected or exploited. With her assistance and support, Ottawa County Task Force on Aging was born. The Task Force addresses the issues facing our senior population and aims to increase awareness of the problem of abuse, neglect and exploitation. Judge Giesler has been an unwavering supporter of the elderly and the youth of Ottawa County. Her involvement in the development of the Task Force will continue to provide support for those who are most in need. Congratulations to Judge Kathleen Giesler on her retirement. The Ottawa County Tas
