Of people that i know is at the heart of her agenda and others at the Human Rights Commission that work with me, that we created 5200 jobs last summer for our youth. Were not still satisfied with that. This year we announced 6000 jobs and the numbers will come in very shortly as the summer ends. I hope that those numbers reflect that accomplishment. We are forming new partnerships for the very Technology Industry companies that are beginning and have been locating here in San Francisco to help us create the new workforce. So we formed a training row graham in 19 San Francisco residents of diverse backgrounds to the jobs in the tech sector called tech sf. Los angeles is definitely a tremors loss to our city. Although they need your help you, tell you theyve got a lot of work for you are that i think San Francisco is far advanced because of people like i who engage in making sure that you understand the codes ease what to say and highway to communicate the message but youre very good about helping people to understand why you think things can change or how we can work together. I appreciate our diplomatic approach to try to get the changes for our city. Understandable those changes need to happen but you have a smile and i appreciate you keeping us update where you live and the problems we face. First criteria was to fix the gap, the 2012 Revenue Bonds wechlt looked at the projects with 5 years, we looked at the program that had data good repair shortfalls and make sure they align with the Strategic Plan and the strategies and we looked at the bond asset requirements in terms of the asset life running 30 million, the project timeline would have to be within 36 months and the cash flows and the ability offset to free up other funds. So, this is the 150 million that we are proposed for 2013 bonds. Once again, 90 million is going to transit, 14 million going to bike program, 30 million to parking infrastructure and the remaining to our pet program. So its split between our multiple modes. The majority is going to the munis fleet. As you know we are going to have purchasing nrvs. Its a huge program and the bond is going to help finances these vehicles. We have improvements and 30. 5 million and the terminals and boarding in these categories. I wont go into other categories unless
