Its issued 12 to 24 hours in advance of relative humidity levels dropping 15 or less as well as winds frequently gusting over 25 Miles Per Hour. These two things are happening at the same time. So we are looking at some very low humidity. I want to take you through the afternoon as we look at our relative humidity levels that will drop down below 9 in the parts of the north bay and also going to see relative humidity levels in the teens throughout this evening and as we go through the rest of the forecast, we are looking at relative humidity lelvvels that will be critically low and creating a high fire danger and continues through tomorrow.
