Fireworks, and i wasnt sure if i should call the police . Reporter a large illegal car show took place at marina bay pkwy regatta. You could hear the noise, there wasnt enough skidmarks other for how long they were doing it. It mustve gone on for 15 or 20 minutes. Reporter neighbors were surprised that a side show happened in their neighborhood. Police responded immediately but were overwhelmed by the number of cars. But were talking 4050 cars blocking the road, you could see smoke emitting from tires. Reporter when an officer stepped into the road to stop a driver he was struck. He landed on the hood of a car, and rolled up onto the windshield. He rolled off the car onto the roadway, he was narrowly missed being run over by other cars passing.
