watch. it is tough to see officers kneeing him in the side and the back as all of them are leaning on top of him. this happened outside of a convenience store in arkansas. the local sheriff who says the suspect is in jail was wanted for threatening a gas station clerk in a neighboring town. all three officers are suspended or on administrative leave and an investigation into the arrest is now underway. we have a closer look at all of this with omar. the man was taken to the hospital and treated and he is now in jail. what more are you learning about what happened here? reporter: for starters, the video is ugly and hard to watch as that plays out. the central question that i think at the top of everyone s minds when you watch that is was that amount of force necessary, smael with those three law enforcement officers there and it s also the question at the center of a now state investigation into how an initial call for allegedly being spit on and threatened ended like this.
