Decision. And i dont understand the less Lethal Weapon is not a policy but the Lethal Weapon itself is in policy. So for the commission, we had to be very limited on comments, because this case is also a d. P. A. Case that will probably land in front of this commission. So d. P. A. And director henderson and i have met and conferred on this case, so we have to be limited in our comments. I was going to say the same thing, because d. P. A. Is in those things too but if there are open investigations in some of these cases, which is the case. [off mic] bringing it to us as a decision made by the Police Department. They looked at their own shooting. Which over and over again, shouldnt be investigating their own shootings. But you are investigating your own shootings. Just policy violations for the same shooting [off mic] even disciplined [off mic] training or something with some kind of exception. Its just not do all these other things and thats out of policy, but its in policy. So to the
Better serve our nations greatest resource and that is our young people. At a time really difficult transition and challenges for our country, we cannot afford either as a society or as an economy frankly to leave any of our young people behind. An estimate show somewhere as many as 5 million young people between 16 and 24 in the United States are currently not enrolled in an Educational Program or participating in the workforce. I believe very strongly as governors we have a responsibility to do everything that we can to reach these youth and provide them with avenue avf opportunity to reconnect and engage them in continuing education and onramp the fizzling careers. A lot of cases there are many barriers to making that happen to these young people. Including economic mobility and providing them with the opportunity for their futures some of the barriers they are facing, homelessness, poor health outcome, violence in the criminal Justice System.
