And thats why i think that i would hope that there is more consideration of what the civil grand jury is trying to do here because unless you actually hold peoples feet to the fire i dont think its enough to simply hope that they do the right thing. I think there has to be some kind of ability to make them do the right thing and i say that because i think that by virtue of how agencies operate coordination is the last thing they think about so i dont necessarily dispute the response but i would like to see if maybe the Mayors Office or someone else can think about a way of doing more than just hoping that they corporate because i think its an important point that the civil grand jury is making.
