Civil rights Attorney Says the Racial Disparities outlines and the findings are troubling. There were 12 incidents involving 19 people of caller in which the audit found use of force should have been reported and was not. Of those 19 people, 17 were africanameran and two were hispanic. And the percentage of African Americans subjected to force went unreported is actually higher than the percentage of africanamericans arrested.
