The night time curfew will remain in place from 11 PM to 5 AM every day in Puducherry. However, it would be relaxed on December 30, 31 and on January 1 up to 2 AM in view of New Year celebrations.
Odisha has allowed cultural gatherings, programmes including melodies, orchestra, jatra, opera, dances-classical, folk with strict adherence to coronavirus protocols.
The decision will come as a huge relief to traders who requested the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) to extend the market closing time from 8 pm to 10 pm.
