Today, we have the pleasure of hearing the latest views from World Bank President David Malpass. President malpass is the 13th president of the world bank group. A term he began last year. Prior to joining the world bank, he served as undersecretary of the treasury for international affairs, founded a Macroeconomics Research firm, and served as the chief economist at bear stearns.
