The call came out just before 11 00. What were told is a woman threatening to shoot her family. When Police Arrived we dont know the details yet but when Police Arrived, they shot and at least injured that woman. She was shot at least once. We were told she was armed. At 12 01, a second rig hit her because she was covered in this foam. They didnt see her. And she was hit on the way as this truck went to refill water.
