The victims of the military drone attack on Tundun Biri in the Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Northwest Nigeria have sued the Nigerian government for the enforcement of their fundamental human rights. The lawsuit was filed before a Federal High Court in Kaduna by Alhaji Dalhatu Salihu on behalf of Tudun Biri villagers through their counsel, Mukhtar Usman Esq on December 8, 2023. Nigerian Air Force Bombs Scores Of Civilians Holding Religious Festival In Kaduna State Community

The Nigerian Air Force on Sunday allegedly killed scores of worshippers celebrating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (Maulid Nabiyy) in a community called, Tundun Biri in the Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State, a social activist and former federal lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani, has said. He added that the Muslim worshippers were killed by Ariel bombardment by the Nigerian Air Force operatives. The NAF has not officially reacted to the federal lawmaker’s statement.
