GREENE COUNTY, Ark. (KAIT) - When a former reserve deputy was arrested on federal weapons charges, investigators say they caught him with a meth pipe in his hand.
Jason Wolfenbarger, 40, of Paragould appeared before a federal judge Wednesday on a charge of the sale or transfer of a firearm to a prohibited person.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on April 28 an informant told an FBI special agent that they were “familiar with Wolfenbarger and had seen him smoke meth.”
