Maroochydore District Court heard on Wednesday that Lewis Charles Bellerby, 36, hatched a plan to send the group to his victim’s Mapleton home armed with a baseball bat. Crown prosecutor Will Slack said Bellarby’s partner at the time took her child to her ex partner’s house (the victim) after a falling out with Bellerby. The court heard Bellerby was also angry because of some stolen property and sent her and the victim threatening messages.
