Reporter thats right, trains are running about 20 minutes late here at Pleasant Hill bart station. And the 20minute delays could continue into the morning commute tomorrow. All because of a single wheel that left passengers stranded. Here we go again. Reporter frustrated bart riders bounced from train to bus. We are told to get off. The shuttles were sent away. Nearly 100yearold building has put the tower in dirk of collapse. Half an hour ago engineers went inside the tower. We saw them from our chopper 5.
