Temperatures are cooler than yesterday where we were in the 60s, so thats a change. In fact, today weve got a wind chill factor so look at these wind chills. Feels like its barely above freezing right now in allentown. 38 degrees is the wind chill in the city, 34 degrees in dover, 39 in atlantic city. So, even though we have temperatures in the low 40s, wind chills at this point are just in the upper 30s and this is how theyre going the feel through the day. At 7 00 a. M. Today, one of those drivers pleaded guilty as the other gets ready to go on trial this week. Nbc 10s Mitch Blacher is following new developments live in north philadelphia. We heard from members of the victims family who were live inside that courtroom. Reporter this is an intersection that changed lives. Two years ago, two men were racing down the boulevard when they struck and killed a mother and her children in the intersection, an intersection that is now renamed in their honor.
