Temperatures are cooler than yesterday where we were in the 60s, so thats a change. In fact, today weve got a wind chill factor so look at these wind chills. Feels like its barely above freezing right now in allentown. 38 degrees is the wind chill in the city, 34 degrees in dover, 39 in atlantic city.
