We seen a lot of protests, including in oakland. We saw it last week when people were out if your city for jacob blake, chofs shwho was shot by n police. You have discerned that theyre not. Right. Can you break down the different groups out there . You know, i think whats happened in the past several weeks, particularly, is that what were seeing now is the demonstrations are differentiating themselves and that those who are sincere and out there to demonstrate peacefully and carry their message forward of the pain, the hurt, the social injustice and the racial lens that is so much a part of the First Amendment activities weve seen in oakland and throughout the country, rightf

This is similarly an effort rely on expanding ems6. I want to understand how that has grown and how those ems16s are used. Also, how the mobile crisis team relates to this and any other, you know, outreach thats happening now because i think supervisor ronen and supervisor hainey and the whole boards intention is for a game changer that really changes the experience for people who are in crisis on the streets and really changes the experience of people in San Francisco who are seeing people in crisis on the street. And the question of whether its to be 24hour, but i think it needs to be at a volume that is great enough that is actually impactful and im a little worried that the increase that happened last year again, its been a weird year, a very weird year. City college is in very dire straights. The board of trustees and administration have made massive class cuts including the almost complete disruption of the older adults program. Three hundred classes cut last fall. Five hundred in the year before. This year, huge cuts in the esl program. Campuses are closing. Now theres to be another cut to existing use and potential growth including Affordable Housing and other uses by city college. We urge you to consider that many of the staff and teachers of city college are opposed to this as well. I would lake to bring your attention to two letters that were recently sent to the committee. I dont see anybody taking responsibility right now. One last thing, in terms of resource distribution in districts, supervisor brought up this issue. My argument sometimes its counterintuitive. If you look at my district, theres really no nonprofit. Nobody wants to come out there to help 100 rvs parked out there. I think its too easy just to say one district has more need and that were not getting the resources. As you know, most of the nonprofits are in those areas, in those districts where the needs are the greatest. You cant ignore all those resources that are serving that community doesnt exist. It wont matter this year. In the future, i want to say that because its not fair to just say, little piece of pie, we should get more of it, because not taking into consideration that in hat bigger budget, 99. 9 , if you look at whats allocat
