Mumbai News Live Updates (December 9): Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, in a letter, told Ajit Pawar that the BJP cannot welcome Nawab Malik in the ruling alliance in view of the pending case and charges against him.
Shinde said the allegations against Malik are serious in nature and he sitting on the treasury benches along with ruling party legislators doesn’t keep up with the traditions of the House.

NCP leader Nawab Malik, who is currently in judicial custody, was arrested on February 23 under provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) by the Enforcement Directorate.
