There were reports a vehicle drove by and opened fire. Were working to confirm details with investigators. Hayward police have confirmed there was one victim in the shooting. It is not clear if the person was seriously hurt. A brentwood pet boarding facility faces serious questions and even possible legal action following the death of a dog in its care.
