But this morning no headaches. Westbound track is traffic is moving fine. Family a gunman ambushed a man in Delaware County while the victim stood at a gas pump. That man is now in the fight of his life after being shot multiple times in the chest while pumping gas. Take a look at the video here of this scene. Police arrived to find the drivers side door ajar and two gunshots in the front windshield there with the back window completely shattered. Police say the barrage of gunshots began around midnight at the sunoco a plus at the intersection of edgemont avenue and east 22nd street in chester. That man who is in his 20s was that rushed to crozerchester hospital. Hes in very critical condition. Investigators spoke with witnesses at the scene and we know theyre checking surveillance cameras around the area to see if it captured any part of that shootout. Also breaking this morning the fire marshal is investigating two suspicious incidents overnight. The first happened on the 5800 block of cedar avenue in west philadelphia. Police say someone threw a device through the window of a home around 2 00 a. M. Its not clear whether that device ignited. 30 minutes later and less than a mile away, someone torched an suv and then tampered with the gas tank on a second vehicle. They were parked along the 1000 block of south 56th street in southwest philadelphia. No injuries were reported in either incident. U. S. Marshals have now joined the search for this man, 24yearold derrick rollins. Hes wanted for the murder of john le in haverford township. Rollins is also suspected of shooting at a car in the overbrook section of philadelphia just 45 minutes before the homicide. There is a 5,000 reward leading to rollins arrest and conviction. He is considered to be armed and dangerous. The search is on this morning for the man who sexually assaulted a woman along a very popular trail in montgomery county. Police say a 19yearold woman was assaulted at gunpoint at a Norristown Farm Park while running around 11 oclock yesterday morning. She was able to call 911. The incident has some calling for more police patrols. Like Little Pockets where like the corn like covers everything so like nobody could really see you or anything could really happen. Well, investigators believe the suspect was wearing a black mask or a hooded sweatshirt at the time. If you have any information, youre asked to call police. Retailers are on the lookout for a thief who is stealing large amounts of baby formula. The suspect swiped more than 300 worth of sim lack from target stores in bensalem in Upper Providence township this week. Police believe the thief could be reselling the formula or he could be using it to cut drugs by mixing it with cocaine and possibly meth. The man was spotted fleeing in a red ford ranger pickup truck. Anyone with more information should contact bensalem police. A senior republican has made the first move to work with democrats on a bipartisan healthcare plan. The parents of a 12yearold new jersey girl who committed suicide say her School District is to placement mallory grossmans parents are now suing the Rockaway Township School District. The grossmans say snapchat was used by several female students at their Daughters School to tease their little girl for months. They say the district did not address their pleas to have that teasing stopped. For months she was told shes a loser, she had no friends and finally she was even told why dont you kill yourself. The grossmans are considering legal action against the students parents as well. The School District has not yet commented on this lawsuit. New this morning, angry passengers called 911 after they were stranded on a plane in canada for nearly six hours. The air transit flight from brussels to montreal was diverted because of storms.
