Contact reporter Nathan Pilling at nathan.pilling@kitsapsun.com. NORTH KITSAP – Even after heavy rains subsided this week, the landslide near Poulsbo along Hood Canal that has threatened a neighborhood and forced evacuations has continued to shift. The slide off Seclusion Cove Way has continued to move in between visits to the site, said David Kinley, Kitsap County chief building official, bringing heightened concern for an additional slide that could occur at this point.
