Coming in earlier today here at the armed force Readiness Center here in cedar rapids. They deployed early on new years day morning, and have worked non stop providing nearly 500 thousand gallons clean water to more than 6 thousand residents in two counties in missouri. All of that water was used as a few soldiers ive spoken to during this process say this is the first time theyve ever responded to a Natural Disaster like this.
