The most recent contract charged the landfill 34dollars and 50 cents a ton. But the new contract asks for 65 dollars a ton to do the same thing. Recycling has never been free. Yes, itll be a change but i think people want to maintain it the landfill has paid about 140,000 a year for recycling processing. That amount will same but communities will pick up any increases.
