He termed Prime Minister Narendra Modis vision of SAGAR Security and Growth for All in the Region as the underlying theme of Indias maritime policy. This vision is rooted in advancing cooperation within the region through inclusivity and using Indias capability to benefit its friendly countries in the common maritime neighbourhood, he said.
The 8th meeting of Agriculture Ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries was held on Saturday via video conferencing under the chairmanship of Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Narendra Singh Tomar.
While addressing a G20 workshop on "Skill Architecture and Governance Models of India and Singapore", Pradhan said, "Skills development and knowledge collaboration are an important element of the Strategic Partnership. There is immense scope for both India and Singapore to work together to achieve mutual priorities, particularly towards preparing a future-ready workforce. We have to redefine and reimagine skilling".
