Close to 8 inches in pacifica. San francisco, 2 inches. If youre closer to oakland, 2 inches. San jose, an inch and a half but it really depends on where you are and the bullseye was mainly over the santa cruz mountains. In our Higher Elevations and our northbay zone, i want to back up the radar. Right now, you can see a lot of the rainfall is mainly situated near tracy, where we ares dull seeing rainfall amounts around a halfinch an hour. You can see pockets of moderate to heavy rain across the bay area and we have Flash Flood Warnings in effect right now. One here in San Mateo County until 6 30 p. M. Up in the north bay, several Flash Flood Warnings in effect. A large portion of napa county until 8 00 p. M. Southern sonoma until 6 15 and a portion of marin county until 8 30. Look at the outbreak of heavy downpours in the east bay out over highway 24 toward walnut creek, over 680 between walnut creek and san ramon. Farther north up around concord along portions of highway 4. Now, over the south bay and the peninsula its just one blob of steady rain. Its a mess there. Up in the north bay all kinds of flood concerns as pockets of heavy rain continue. This current storm still ranks 2 on the storm impact scale through 8 00 this evening. A large tree crashed down into power lines, crews eventually took care of the tree but really, anywhere you go, you may run into a problem like a tree limb in your lane, mudslides, slipouts, you name it and its probably happening up here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Dangerous to be driving here in the rain. I just checked the chp website. It showed a couple of issues here in the Santa Cruz Mountains right now. Couple roads closed, highway 9, talking about 17 at redwood estates, having an issue up there, its not closed as far as i know on 17 but a little issues everywhere here in the Santa Cruz Mountains so be careful out there. We will start in where we have the flooding in and around napa and sonoma. Saint helena. The napa river is expected to go above flood stage by nine this morning. Expected to reach almost 19 feet. Flood stage is 16. You can expect flooding. Going through today. Its expected to go down tonight. For the napa area its expected to reach just above flood stage about noontime today. Minor flooding expected in the napa river in the lower areas. Be careful. A widespread Flash Flood Watch until four this afternoon for ponding on the water. Mudslides and we are seeing it. Rapid rises on the streams, creeks and rivers. Here is where we are experiencing flooding for today. Sonoma. Our creeks are flooded. Here is a look at where we are seeing more along the creeks. Sonoma and shellville. We are seeing some flooding again with areas along river and the napa creek. North bay being hit hard by this system. Also a flood advisory in the east bay.
