Expects to deliver 8 million sq. ft of built-up space this year. My Home Constructions, which is investing ₹2,000 crore across projects, expects to deliver 8 million sq.ft of built-up space this year, thereby achieving the significant milestone of delivering 35 million sq.ft on its 35th year.
The company thus far delivered 27 million sq.ft, and the rest is under various stages of construction to be delivered this year.

Company executes over 13 million sq.ft of projects under development
My Home Constructions is on expansion mode and executing nearly 13 million sq.ft of residential, including one million of commercial space in Hyderabad.
The ₹3,000-crore turnover My Home Constructions, part of the Hyderabad-based My Home Group, which is into construction and cement manufacturing, has thus far executed more than 17 projects and is now looking at significantly scaling up construction activity. The company is planning to take up new projects leveraging its land bank.
“Over nearly 30 years, My Home has completed 17 residential and commercial projects spanning nearly 25 million sq.ft of total built-up area. This includes about 5 million sq.ft of commercial space and 20 million sq.ft of residential. Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party s Lok Sabha member Arvind Dharmapuri has urged the Telangana state government to take action to put an end to “illegal mining activities in Telangana” by the My Home group and respond to the Centre’s notices on the matter.
The BJP leader, who has been pursuing this issue for some months now, on Wednesday took to Twitter to yet again highlight what he described as “lack of action” by the Telangana state government on the My Home group on the issue of violations relating to mining of limestone.

KOLKATA: A number of pure play language-specific over-the-top (OTT) platforms entered the streaming space across the country throughout the year, with deep-pocket big streamers also expanding into major regional languages. Notably, the new platforms have been launched not only in major regional markets but in long-tail ones too.
Of all the new entrants,
Aha has emerged as the most eye-catching. The Telugu OTT entered the market in early 2020 but with the onset of the pandemic, it had to push back some of its plans. It is owned by Arha Media and Broadcasting Pvt Ltd, a joint venture by Geetha Arts and My Home Group, one of the largest construction groups in south India. During its official launch in November, the promoters vouched that they would pump a high amount of money into the platform.
