DMIRS adds extra information sessions
The department is offering a further two information sessions to provide stakeholders with an overview of the Streamlining (Mining Amendment) Bill 2021.
The Bill aims to make legislative changes to improve efficiencies for the application and assessment of environmental approvals under the Mining Act 1978 and support economic recovery following COVID-19.
The first additional event will be hosted online this Friday 28 March at 10.30am and registration details for this session are available on Eventbrite.
The second session will be held in Perth on Friday 11 June from 11.00am – 12noon. To register for this event, please register on Eventbrite.
