Is a walled off area where there is not enough room for pedestrians. Scott wickey. Im speaking to address the proposal for the change for the 35 eureka bus line on diamond street. Of course you heard a lot of Public Comment today about elimination of routes, and for example, in the 3. The proposed change for the 35 eureka and in my neighborhood actually doubled up service. There is nothing efficient by taking two buses down one street. We heard about the two buckets that the tep is trying to serve, one of them is time efficiency. Again, the proposed projected that we have here, there is nothing efficient by taking a bus and putting it into the transportation mess that has now become glen park village. Sort of the pride of 35 right now its one of the most time efficient Muni Services that is on the route and were taking that efficiency and backtracking. The second thing that the tep is trying to do is increase Service Hours for these routes. Again by taking the 35 eureka route and elimi

You know, i have to say that this has been an interesting position for me because, you know, normally you provide difference to a colleague when you hear from that office. In this instance we have two members of the board of supervisors who are each advocating for a candidate and thats not very typical and, you know, what i have said just recently to each office is what i will say that i came into this meeting not really knowing what i was going to do and wanted to look at the totality of the presentation. I have to say that based on presentation itself, the number of people that came out, mr. Olsen seems very impressive and he certainly had a lot of people that have come out and that said, i think the question of balance of districts is important

I am a social worker by trade and just am passionate about my neighborhood. You know, i feel like the life that we had growing up should be given to those are growing up there now. So good morning, everyone so so much for coming out open a beautiful San Francisco summer day blessed by the weather and blessed by having you here to celebrate what is a milestone and an critically important project for transportation for San Francisco and only for the distant future but the day the central subway opens that will provide serve for San Francisco on my way here i was unable to get on the first stops it was crowded did a b x was packed to the gills a thats exactly the capacity this project will bring to the city from again from the day it opens but for the next generation for all the growth in San Francisco particularly to the esdz of San Francisco where the t line runs were happy to be here. A big project didnt happen overnight it takes years and in this case decades of hard work and vision it takes leadership, it takes a lot of technical diligence and engineering and any member of the public wish to speak on this item and
