Theres the plus from yesterday as compared to what we had for such a foggy start on your tuesday. No fog out there whatsoever. Look at the Golden Gate Bridge. Crystal clear. You see any fog where youre at. Its not going to last for long importantly. So today does get extra really high and that might make it tempting to head out to the coastline. Of course, thats why were talking those coastal advisories that we do have right now. Its 40s 50s and 60s. Nice cool. Start to the morning. Refreshingly cool considering where were heading, which is heat advisory territory starting at 11 00am north bay, east bay, all of the south bay and all the way up to the coast on the peninsula. Under these heat advisory starting today at 11 and lasting through 11 00pm tomorrow night. Possibility of some records broken the next couple of days. So of course, th

Were definitely seeing clear skies. And we did yesterday. You remember that fog that we had yesterday morning. Thats out of the picture at this point. Looking outside at the east bay hills, not a cloud in the sky out there. You might be missing the fog. But the afternoon when we really start to see temperatures climbing right now, pacifica, your warmest spot sitting at 68 degrees. Oakland at 54 currently and even some 40s up in the north bay. Crystal clear skies and has set up. Thats going to bring us some potentially recordbreaking warm daytime highs. Later today and into tomorrow, too. So get ready for that heat where were sitting at Half Moon Bay this morning. A look at that nice sunrise taking shape all the way out along the coastline. We are going to be looking at dry skies through the day. Thats probably a given. But along with that will come in abundance of sunshine and a quick rise in temperatures. So the numbers youre seeing on the map right now in the 40s for spots in the north bay 50s to low 60s for most of the rest of us. Its something you might want to get outside and enjoy. Kind of a refreshing start to whats about to be such a scorcher of a day. We have heat advisories for almost all of the bay area, including most of the north bay and east bay. All of the south bay and most of the peninsula taking effect 11 00am this morning and lasting through 11 00pm tomorrow night. Both days going to be arbery hottest. It

When those alerts came through, if you have the my shake app, we were here in the studio here in the app ourselves. It initially said it was a 5. 7. So that certainly was cause for a little bit of alarm. But little important note. The head quake intensity at a 4. 1. And you can see that we are looking at that epicenter, as we mentioned, way out there, the delta now, a lot of people having reported feeling it for the inland east bay on up into solano county, up into sacramento as well. This occurred at around 9. 29. So if you felt just a little jolt around that point and youre a little closer to the bay likely can be attributed to that right now over 1000 people contributed to the felt reports on usgs website and a lot of people especially inland, saying that they really did feel this one now is james and darya mentioned because of this. We do have some bart delays due to track i
