Kron 4 Charles Clifford has the latest. Well, here in san jose, thousands of city workers have overwhelmingly voted to go on strike. San jose city workers into unions have voted to authorize a 3 day strike starting tuesday, august 15th running through the 17th 4500 workers from across the city, including employees at the airport and city facilities, such as libraries are now set to walk off the job next week. The union say that the main sticking points are disagreements over wages and benefits. The unions also say they want the city to address Staffing Shortages. Striking is a last resort.
