A state Police Helicopter was brought in as on eye in the sky and as it flew overhead a large flash bang was fired. S. W. A. T. Officers then moved quickly. Several women and a man were taken into custody. The man was described as the suspect in the shooting. He was put into this police car. One person describes the traumatic scene of seeing the frantic mother rush out of the house clinging to her 4yearold daughter, who had just been shot. I told her, what happened .
