Should have. We sent a letter indicating our concerns and input. At the meeting, we also had ann hintton give update about the scan grant that we received. Which was about 10,000. The purpose of that grant was to have our staff mentor three other counties to develop their Long Term Care integration plans. Bill haskell who was our former staff person along with ann hintton worked together with three different counties in california. Specifically ventura, stanislaus and yolo counties to put together their Long Term Care integration plan. Theyve done that and now theyre going to be submitting to to the scan foundation. We completed the work that we were given the money to do. In the meantime, our department is submitting another grant with scan and so scan will consider our grant proposal to continue the work. Motion to discuss . President james, commissioners, my name is monte cimino, we seek authorization to modify the grant with the Mental Health association for hoarders and clutterers. The ichc is a nationally recognized leader in policy development, innovative training, peer Response Services and supports. For this upcoming authorization we are looking to develop an online resource web site, start support groups for Family Members of people dealing with hoarding and cluttering, targeting limited add nonenglish speaking consumers. With the development of the online web site what we are looking to do is develop a web site thats more dynamic than the current web site we currently have. Consumers and people interested in the services will be able to enter the services they are looking for and their location in the sit and this web site will help them locate those services. In addition they are looking to have the web site up and running by april or may of this year and have consumer input a
