Along the road here, police tell me, this could have ended in a real tragedy. It sits directly be 19 the 12th Police District and engine 40 headquarters at 65th and woodland. A little known underground city garage used by police, firefighters and city employees. Sometime early wednesday morning, it was the target of an arsonist. It was alarming because this person could have caused significant tragedy here. Reporter investigators tell fox 29 a flammable liquid was poured on four city vehicles, three cars belonging to firefighters and two belonging to officers at the the 12th. Then someone tried to ignite them.
