Reporter San Jose Police have moved in their own gray suv to show the work of the investigators. They have also brought in a tow truck to hoist up the suspect vehicle, so they can remove the passenger who was trapped underneath. It was a blood the scene and investigators are doing this to protect the privacy of the victim. This began around 3 pm today and the gold colored suburban was going westbound and a silverado truck and kept on going. The suburban a bicyclist and went over the bicyclist and jumped the median, pinning the bicyclist underneath the suv. A witness said the driver jumped out and took off running and is on the loose.
